About This Recipe
Qingtan fish is a classic traditional dish in Hubei and a representative dish of Hubei cuisine. It has a strong flavor and is good at steaming, stewing, stir-frying and deep-frying. The braised fish is very popular among local families and restaurants.

Cooking Steps
