Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour 200g
- Flour 1500ml
- Clear water 1000ml
- 3 slices of ginger
- Salt as appropriate
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 2 green onions
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and process sweet pancakes
