Nanchang Banfen Recipe

Ingredients

• 200 g thin rice noodles
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp chili oil
• 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
• 30 g minced pork (cooked)
• 20 g pickled mustard greens
• 2 scallions (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• White pepper
