Ingredients
- Old duck half
- Clear water 1000ml
- 3 slices of ginger
- Salt as appropriate
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 2 green onions
Cooking Steps
- 1. Clean the old duck
- 2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add ingredients and ginger slices
