Ingredients
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut duck meat into pieces, add cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes
- 2. Slice the sour lemon and cut the pickled pepper into small pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot, add duck pieces and fry over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add ginger slices, garlic cloves, lime and pickled peppers
