Pork Stew with Glass Noodles
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork belly into cubes. Blanch for 3 minutes.
- 2. Soak glass noodles until soft.
- 3. Heat oil, sear pork until golden.
- 4. Add ginger, green onions and star anise.
- 5. Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and enough water to cover.
- 6. Bring to boil. Simmer 40 minutes.
- 7. Add tofu sticks, cabbage and glass noodles.
- 8. Cook for 10 minutes until the noodles are translucent. Serve.
