Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the pork belly into cubes. Blanch for 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Soak glass noodles until soft.
  3. 3. Heat oil, sear pork until golden.
  4. 4. Add ginger, green onions and star anise.
  5. 5. Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and enough water to cover.
  6. 6. Bring to boil. Simmer 40 minutes.
  7. 7. Add tofu sticks, cabbage and glass noodles.
  8. 8. Cook for 10 minutes until the noodles are translucent. Serve.
