Taiyuan Tounao
Ingredients
- Taiyuan brain 250g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the mutton into small pieces, blanch it in cold water and remove the blood foam.
- 2. Bring the mutton soup to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- 3. Remove the mutton and slice it into pieces for later use
- 4. Add flour and water, knead into dough, and knead into small dough (gnocchi).
