Ingredients
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the mutton into thin slices, add cooking wine and salt to marinate
- 2. Add flour and water to form a dough and roll it into a pancake.
