Ingredients
- Bacon 300g
- Bamboo shoots 100g
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut bacon into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add bacon and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add bamboo shoots and continue stir-frying until cooked through
- 5. Add soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat and serve.
