Ingredients

  • Black plum 30g
  • Dried hawthorn 20g
  • Licorice 5g
  • Tangerine peel 5g
  • Rock sugar 80g
  • Osmanthus appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Washing and processing of black plums
  2. 2. Add enough water to the pot, add sour plum soup and ginger slices
