Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp fermented black beans (douchi)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- Optional: red chili slices
Instructions
- Wash the ribs and marinate them with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
