Cantonese BBQ Pork Buns
Ingredients
- Pork stuffing 300g
- Plum pork 500g
- Barbecued pork sauce 4 spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Minced garlic appropriate amount
- Ginger juice appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Marinate the barbecued pork buns with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
