Ingredients

  • Chicken feet 500g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Salt as appropriate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Marinate Baiyun chicken feet with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pot, slide in the white cloud chicken feet and stir-fry quickly until it changes color and serve.
  3. 3. Leave oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add chicken feet, green onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until cooked
  5. 5. Pour back the Baiyun chicken feet, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly evenly
  6. 6. Thicken the soup and serve it on a plate
