Chinese Turnip Cake
Ingredients
- White radish 500g
- Rice flour 200g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
Cooking Steps
- 1. Marinate the radish cake with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add carrot cake and stir-fry quickly until it changes color and serve.
- 3. Leave oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add white radish, rice noodles, green onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Pour back the carrot cake, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly evenly
- 6. Thicken the soup and serve it on a plate
