Ingredients

  • White radish 500g
  • Rice flour 200g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Salt as appropriate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Marinate the radish cake with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
