Claypot Rice
Ingredients
- Rice 200g
- 1 sausage
- Bacon 50g
- 3 rapeseeds
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- oyster sauce 1 spoon
- A little sugar
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
Cooking Steps
- 1. Marinate the claypot rice with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add claypot rice and stir-fry quickly until it changes color and serve.
- 3. Leave oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add rice, sausage, bacon, rapeseed and eggs and stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Pour back the claypot rice, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly evenly
- 6. Thicken the soup and serve it on a plate
