Chishui bamboo shoots
Ingredients
- 300 g fresh bamboo shoots
- 3 dried Guizhou chilies
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 1 tbsp fermented black beans
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Sliced scallion for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the pork into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
