Ingredients
- Guizhou Lao Tao 2 sticks
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Add flour and water and knead into a smooth dough
- 2. Roll out into a large thin dough
- 3. Brush the surface with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 4. Roll up and stretch into a spiral
- 5. Roll it out flat and put it into the baking pan
