Tongren beef noodles
Ingredients
- 300 g beef brisket (cut into chunks)
- 300 g fresh rice noodles
- Broth: 2L water, 2 slices ginger, 1 star anise
- Broth: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Toppings: pickled mustard greens, cilantro, scallions
- Toppings: chili oil (to taste), 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn oil
Instructions
- Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
