About Zao La Cui Pi Yu - Guizhou Cuisine

Ingredients
- Guizhou Spicy 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut onions, ginger and garlic, and coat in dry starch or batter
- 2. Pour a wide amount of oil into the pot and heat over medium heat until it is 60% hot (there will be dense bubbles when inserting chopsticks)
- 3. Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry until light brown, remove and drain.
- 4. Increase the oil temperature to 80% hot and fry again until golden and crispy.
- 5. Remove and drain the oil, sprinkle with salt, soy sauce and cooking wine and serve on a plate
