Ingredients
- Duck meat 200g
- Flour 300g
- Warm water 150ml
- Salt as appropriate
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Green onion appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Add warm water to the flour in batches, knead into a soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.
- 2. Divide the dough into strips and roll it into a thin round dough.
- 3. Brush a layer of oil on the dough, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped green onion (if any), roll it up and roll it out flat
- 4. Brush the pan with thin oil, add the dough and fry over medium-low heat until one side is golden brown. Flip over.
- 5. Fry both sides until golden and crispy, remove from the pan and cut into pieces and enjoy
