Ingredients
- 1 stuffed duck
- Maltose 30g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 2 slices ginger
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the stuffed duck, add seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes
- 2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and add Nanjing roast duck
- 3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
