Ingredients
- eel 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Debone and shred eel, marinate with cooking wine
- 2. Dip in dry starch
- 3. Heat a wide pan of oil until it is 60% hot, add shredded eels and fry until crispy, take out
- 4. Fry again until golden brown
- 5. Leave the base oil in the pot, add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar to make a sauce
- 6. Pour in shredded eel, stir quickly and serve.
