Ingredients
- eel 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon

Cooking Steps
- 1. Remove the bones and shred the eel, marinate with cooking wine
- 2. Dip in dry starch

- 4. Fry again until golden brown
