Yangzhou Dry Mixed Noodles
Ingredients
- Noodles 300g
- 3 tablespoons sesame paste
- Salt as appropriate
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking Steps
- 1. Boil water in a large pot, add noodles and cook until cooked (1 minute less than the recommended time on the package), drain the cold water and drain
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add meat and fry until it changes color.
