Ingredients

  • Rice 300g
  • 2 eggs
  • Shrimp 100g
  • Ham 50g
  • Barbecue pork 50g
  • Green beans 50g
  • Corn kernels 50g
  • Carrot half root
  • Salt as appropriate
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and stir well and set aside.
  2. 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it over high heat until it is 70% hot.
  3. 3. Add the eggs and stir-fry quickly over high heat until they change color.
