Ingredients
- Fuzhou Wangyoucao 200g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Soak the daylilies in warm water and wash them thoroughly
- 2. Beat the eggs and set aside
