Ingredients

Cooking Steps

  1. Debone grass carp and cut into thin slices with a diagonal knife
  2. Marinate the fish fillets with cooking wine, salt and starch for 10 minutes
  3. Slice green peppers, cut garlic sprouts into sections, slice ginger and garlic
  4. Heat the oil in the pan to 60% hot, add the fish fillets and fry until they change color and serve.
  5. Leave some oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and millet and stir-fry until fragrant
  6. Add green pepper slices and stir-fry
  7. Return the fish fillets and add light soy sauce and vinegar to taste
  8. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
