Ganzhou Dried Bamboo Shoots and Fried Pork
Ingredients
- 150 g dried bamboo shoots (soaked overnight)
- 200 g pork belly (sliced thin)
- 3-4 fresh red chilies (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cooking wine
Instructions
- Cut the pork into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
