Ingredients
- Rice 100g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Take out the overnight rice in advance and break it up by hand (fresh rice needs to be spread out to cool and set aside)
- 2. Beat the eggs and set aside
- 3. Heat more oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid and quickly spread it out.
- 4. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Pour in the rice and stir-fry over high heat until the rice grains are loose and distinct.
- 6. Pour back the scrambled eggs, add salt and soy sauce to taste, stir-fry over high heat and remove from the pan
