Jiujiang shrimp tofu
Ingredients
- 300 g soft tofu (cut into cubes)
- 150 g fresh river shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 100 ml chicken stock
- Chopped scallion for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, drain gently and set aside.
