Lushan Three Stones
Ingredients
- Lushan Three Stones 2 pieces
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. The three stones of Lushan (stone fish, stone fungus, and stone chicken) are processed separately.
- 2. Soak the stone fungus, wash it, cut the stone chicken into pieces, and process the stone fish.
- 3. Add oil to the pot, add ginger slices and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant
- 4. Add chicken and stir-fry until it changes color.
- 5. Add stone fungus and water and cook for 15 minutes
- 6. Finally add the stone fish, season and serve
