Ingredients

  • Lushan Three Stones 2 pieces

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. The three stones of Lushan (stone fish, stone fungus, and stone chicken) are processed separately.
  2. 2. Soak the stone fungus, wash it, cut the stone chicken into pieces, and process the stone fish.
  3. 3. Add oil to the pot, add ginger slices and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant
