Pingxiang Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 500 g free-range chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 10-15 fresh green and red chilies
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (sliced)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Wash and cut Pingxiang fried chicken, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
