Jiangxi boiled beef
Jiangxi-style water-boiled beef is a fiery, aromatic dish where tender beef slices are poached in a chili-laced broth. The Jiangxi version uses local chilies and a distinct spice profile.

- Beef 300 g
- Water 1000 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ginger slices 3 slices
- Cooking wine 1 tbsp
制作步骤
- 1. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil
- 2. Add Jiangxi boiled beef and cook until tender
- 3. Add beef, water and ginger slices and continue cooking for 5 minutes
- 4. Add salt and a little light soy sauce to taste
- 5. Cook until all ingredients are cooked and flavourful
- 6. Serve in bowls
