Ruizhou Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces, about 1 kg)
- 8 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 5 slices ginger
- 8 dried red chilies
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 500ml water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Scallions
Instructions
- Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
