Ingredients
- Shrimp 300g
- 1 egg white
- Starch 10g
- Green beans 50g
Cooking Steps
- 1. Remove the shrimp lines, wash them, add cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
