Xinjiang pimping
Ingredients
- Noodles: 400 g flour, 200 ml water, 5 g salt, 1 tbsp oil
- Topping: 200 g lamb or beef (sliced)
- Topping: 2 tomatoes (diced), 2 green peppers, 1 onion
- Topping: 200 g cabbage, 100 g mushrooms
- Sauce: 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Seasoning: salt, pepper, cumin powder
Instructions
- Cut the mutton into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
