Lamb Feet Pilaf
Ingredients
- Rice 300g
- mutton 300g
- 2 carrots
Cooking Steps
- 1. Slice the mutton against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add the mutton and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add carrots and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce to enhance the freshness, stir well over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
