Ingredients
- Noodles 200g
- Flour 500g
- mutton 200g
- 2 tomatoes
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and process the ramen noodles
- 2. Add enough water to the pot, add Xinjiang Latiaozi soup and ginger slices
- 3. After the fire is boiled, skim off the foam.
- 4. Add flour, mutton and tomatoes, reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour
- 5. Add salt to taste
- 6. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
