- Grass carp 1 (about 1 kg)
- Wusu beer 500 ml
- Tomato 2 pcs
- Green bell pepper 1 pcs
- Ginger 20 g
- Garlic 20 g
- Doubanjiang 15 g
- Light soy sauce 15 ml
- salt to taste

制作步骤
- Clean grass carp and cut into large pieces
- Cut tomatoes into cubes, slice green peppers
- Put oil in the pan and fry the fish until both sides are slightly brown
- Add ginger, garlic and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant
- Add tomato cubes and stir-fry to release the juice
- Pour Wusu beer over the fish pieces
- Add light soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add green pepper slices, reduce the juice over high heat, season and serve.
