Ingredients
- Rice 300g
- Egg 300g
- Green vegetables 300g
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water and soak for 20 minutes.
- 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- 3. Cut the side vegetables and set aside
