Teochew Braised Goose Feet Noodles
Ingredients
- 6-8 goose feet
- 200 g egg noodles
- Chaozhou master stock (lu shui): 500 ml soy sauce
- Master stock: 3 star anise
- Master stock: 1 stick cinnamon
- Master stock: 5 cloves garlic
- Master stock: 2 pieces dried tangerine peel (chenpi)
- Master stock: 2 tbsp rock sugar
- Master stock: 500 ml water
- Bok choy
- Scallions
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut the Teochew braised goose feet into pieces, blanch them in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
