Chaoshan pig trotters
Ingredients
- 100 g rice flour
- 50 g sweet potato flour
- 1 cup water
- 100 g taro (diced small)
- 50 g green beans
- 30 g dried shrimp (soaked and chopped)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Slice the pig against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
