Chaoshan Mixed Kuey Teow is a classic traditional dish from Chaoshan, Guangdong, and is a representative work of Chaoshan cuisine. Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour 300g
  • Sugar 50g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the glutinous rice flour, blanch it in boiling water, take it out, cool it and drain it
