Chaoshan Salt Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole free-range chicken (about 1.2 kg)
- 3 kg coarse sea salt
- Parchment paper
- 1 tbsp sand ginger powder (sha jiang)
- 2 scallions
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Wash the chicken, marinate with seasonings for 30 minutes
