Teochew Sweet Mung Bean Soup
Ingredients List
- 300g mung beans
- 50g sugar
- 1000ml of water
- 3 slices of ginger
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 spoon cooking wine
- 1 onion
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and process mung beans
- 2. Add enough water to the pot, add Chaoshan mung bean soup and ginger slices
- 3. After the fire is boiled, skim off the foam.
- 4. Add mung beans, water, ginger slices and green onions and cook over low heat for 1 hour
- 5. Add salt to taste
- 6. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
