Changzhi fried pork
Ingredients
- 300 g pork belly (thinly sliced)
- 150 g green peppers (sliced)
- 100 g potato (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 scallions
Instructions
- Wash and cut Changzhi stir-fried pork, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
