- 豆腐500克
- 适量食用油
- 盐适量
- 1汤匙酱油
- 葱、姜、蒜适量
- 料酒1勺
制作步骤
- 1.豆腐切成一口大小的块,轻轻沥干备用。
- 2、锅中倒入适量食用油,大火加热至70%热。
- 3. 轻轻加入豆腐,中小火煎至两面微黄。
- 4.加入葱、姜、蒜继续翻炒至熟透
- 5、加入盐、酱油、料酒调味,大火炒匀即可食用。
- 6.从锅中取出并装盘
