Ingredients
- Shanxi bowl tray 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Add water to the buckwheat noodles to make a thin batter, filter and remove the residue.
- 2. Pour the batter into a bowl or shallow plate (in a thin layer)
- 3. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes until solidified
- 4. Take it out and let it cool before demolding
- 5. Cut into strips or diamond-shaped pieces
- 6. Add chili oil, minced garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and other seasonings, mix well and serve
