Datong fried tofu noodles
Ingredients
- Noodles: 300 g flour, 150 ml water, 2 g salt
- Tofu: 300 g firm tofu (cut into cubes)
- Oil for deep-frying
- Broth: 500 ml pork or chicken stock
- Broth: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- Broth: 1 tsp five-spice powder, 3 slices ginger
- Topping: scallions, cilantro, chili oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut Datong fried tofu noodles, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
