Ingredients
- Moon cake powder 300g
- Invert syrup 200g
- Peanut oil 80g
- Laoshui 5g
- Bean Paste Filling 500g
- 10 egg yolks
Cooking Steps
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix well. Set aside.
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add egg yolk and stir-fry until cooked
- 4. Add bean paste filling and continue frying until cooked
- 5. Add invert syrup, stir well over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
