Ingredients

  • Moon cake powder 300g
  • Invert syrup 200g
  • Peanut oil 80g
  • Laoshui 5g
  • Bean Paste Filling 500g
  • 10 egg yolks

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix well. Set aside.
  2. 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
  3. 3. Add egg yolk and stir-fry until cooked
  4. 4. Add bean paste filling and continue frying until cooked
