Jincheng puff pastry
Ingredients
- Dough: 300 g flour, 150 ml warm water, 3 g salt
- Oil layer: 80 g flour, 40 g oil (mixed into paste)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Optional filling: sugar or scallion

- Wash and cut Jincheng puff pastry, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
